Calendo is a scheduling platform that lets you create booking pages, manage availability, and let others schedule meetings with you. It is built and maintained by a solo developer.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person or entity per account.
You agree not to:
Core scheduling features are provided free of charge. Certain features that cost us real money to deliver (such as SMS reminders and priority AI) are available on the Pro tier for $2/month.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or feature availability, but we will always give existing users reasonable notice before any changes that affect them.
Calendo is provided "as is." As a solo-developer project, there is no guaranteed uptime SLA. The service may experience downtime for maintenance or updates. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running reliably.
If we ever need to discontinue the service, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer a way to export your data.
Your use of Calendo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the data practices described there.
If you use paid features (Pro tier), payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard Settings or by asking the AI assistant. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is permanently deleted.
Calendo is not liable for any missed meetings, scheduling errors, or business losses arising from use of the service. Use at your own risk.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
